my box same.... i nead solution (my Box is dead.....) pusiiiiing and i nead guaransi

i bought my box two months ago and has been working fine until recently this problem below started . i have changed power supply, the original power supply that came with box has an output 9v. i installed software to another computer but still diplay that error message below. please assist me mcn team
