PC Crash when working with Infineon CPU

Just like described in title. But when scanning rx tx everything ok, and when pressing read my pc always crash and i need to press reset button in my cpu. But for MTK and SPD working fine. Any tricks to make it work? Btw i'm using 2.7.2
