Scan Failure for WT6226A chipset

Do you know if the mcnbox is compatible with WT6226a chipset?
The Rx/Tx scan Can't Identify chipset
It is a Chinese Dual Sim Cell phone HRDA 82. I tried several units

I tried to read bin file, after INF chipset is identified, but the E/G light strarts blinking and beeping, with no results.

Any suggetions?
