no license to produce

i have china phone (k1), when after format and flash using my mcnbox in lcd show "No License to Produce" and this phone cannot call, plz help me

i got solution in other forum like this :

After format Set Show no licensed produce

Here Is Solution-

Do Some Step-

1- Format phone by spiderman box
2- Change imei by spiderman
3- Do Phone On and Off.
4- Format again phone by infinity and change imei "write orginal imei phone"
5- select Repair Security Area in new version infinity

but i want to ask, how to repair security area with mcn box ?
